Talent Management Learnings
The roll-out of our new Talent Management program has proven me new insights in how to develop myself and my (in)direct reports. Although well-experienced on the concept, I learned some valuable new views on e.g. focus and underlying drivers. Also some lessons learned for future improvements, such as (corporate) templates and differences between theory and practice. Never too late to learn !
